Land surveying is a Profession that requires technical skill, legal knowledge, and specialized equipment. You may employ a land surveyor only once or twice in a lifetime and may not be aware of the steps necessary to select a land surveyor. You also may not be aware of what the law requires of a surveyor when you solicit their services.
A surveyor performs many types of surveys which are utilized by the general public, architects, engineers, landscapers, and urban planners for use in designing private residences, commercial structures, recreational land uses, and lines of ownership, and the list don't stop there. |
